PreparationsKyoraku lay silently among the lush green undergrowth, the humid air around him heavy and oppressive. The sun streamed down through the jungle canopy, causing faint trails of steam to rise from the damp ground, still wet from an earlier rainstorm. He lay perfectly still, his armor heavy and burning hot causing him to sweat profusely beneath this metal skin. SeasonsThe young man lay silently on the field, head propped against his rucksack, all around him friends laughed together, their voices blending together into a single blur of sound which his ears found hard to protest. The scent of freshly cut grass drifted all around him and the sun cast its rays over the group, bright like their moods. The waters of the heartImagine that the heart is a great ocean, the waters deep and unfathomable. Within its watery embrace rest many memories and bonds, some sunk beneath the surface of the waves where they rest with other pieces, forming a monument to the life of each heart.
